Part 1 — THE SCIENCE OF SUSTAINABLE EXCELLENCE
PPL Founder Jason Leavy and Head of Brain Health and Performance Samira Cutts delivered neuroscience insights on cognitive performance, stress management, and burnout prevention - combined with real-world, evidence-based techniques the Tahaluf leadership team could apply immediately in their high-pressure environment.
Part 2 — SPECIAL FORCES MINDSET WORKSHOP
PPL Founder Jason Leavy and Former Special Reconnaissance Regiment Team Leader Kevin O'Connor led 20 senior leaders through an immersive SF simulation based on Kevin's real-life operations. The boardroom-based experience tested cognitive performance under pressure, focusing on developing mental capabilities like adaptive mindsets, situational awareness and making critical decisions with incomplete data.
